Blogpane is a javascript application which fetches the blog URLs of your college alumni and students from a centralized DataBase and presents before you it in a Tree format. Look at the Sidebar of this page and see the 'blog directories' of NITC and IIMK - two colleges which I'm part of.. To know more about blogpane, please visit our homepage ..There is much more to this product than being a simple Javascript application.. Its integrated with RSS ( Not Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh, but Really Simple Syndication ) and the benefits are much more..
No hassles like registering on a site or creating usernames or anything like that..Few clicks, you are on a different plane in blogosphere !!!!
If you liked the concept, please give us a promotional post too.. ( U can be a critic too ..we appreciate criticism ) :) .. Any doubts over this, as mentioned in the blogpane homepage, send a mail to blogpane@edotte.com .. Or comment here too :)

Great Work :)
Will approach you with IIMK list after the midterms :)
Nice effort.
The idea is something fresh. You would want to provide compacted RSS feeds to the clients since you already have the capabilities in your script.
I would like to tweak around the RSS to display the list in my own custom format.
I'll expose you in Blogger Hacked as well.
Good work ! I will try this in my blogs and come back with feed backs.
its a good idea and I must say, works cool too :)
Can i list mine too? afterall, I study at the IIMB too, so what if its a corporate course? :D
Itz nice:) will approach u with my coll's list soon :)
Hey, Ajith the blogpane isnt loading for me....its taking an awfully long time, do you know why?Any kinks?
cool widget. Any idea of spreading it outside the IIMs and IITS

boy o boy great work :)
Will spread the word too. Btw is it restricted to IIM's and IIT's only?
Keep up the good work :)
This is an amazing initiative, Ajit. The next step you guys could work on is to group the blogger list based on year/pass-out or branch.
@anurag -- No registrations as such..:) better put up promo post too :D
@crescent - Any college/school is welcome..Only thing is that we'll put up the pane once the blog URLs are atleast about 8 - 10 .. Otherwise, the tree will look a bit weird..
@anu -- Thank you :) Did u expand the tree ?? Its already grouped based on passout year :)
cool man.... :)
Good job, Ajith. Do look up the link - Ajith, Antony and their Blogpane - in Mysore Blog Park
Good Job , Dude :) . If properly executed this can become a real killer application
May be you should not limit it only to educational institutions . As a consumer I will be happy if I can get all the blogs in kerala Blog Roll inside a single folder inside blog pane . If you can give a facility to users to customise the blogs that come in each folder by creating their own directories , it would have increased the penetration of this application :) . My two cents :P
idea is really interesting and well timed....i liked it :)..good luckr
